The sales gallery for this residential tower provides potential buyers with an immersive and media rich experience for sampling existing inventory of building units prior to a purchase commitment.  The gallery itself feels as if you are standing in the finished unit. A large video wall presents you with breathtaking views as if you were sitting in your newly acquired living room.  When a broker selects an available unit on their iPad interface, the highly realistic image of the cityscape from the point of view of the selected unit is faded onto the screen.  The scale model of the finished building, outfitted with interior lighting, goes dark, save for the selected unit.  Two tables with glass tops, made from LCD projection systems reveal the unit floor plans.  All of this happens seamlessly making for an all encompassing presentation.
